Calcitriolglycoside powder
Complementary feed for poultry. Rich in 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 glycoside (a form of vitamin D3 that is easily absorbed and has a rapid effect). Helps in the absorption and regulation of calcium and phosphorus. The importance of vegetable glycosides (1.25 dihydroxycholecalciferol) in animal nutrition:
- Improves the absorption of calcium and magnesium from the feed Stimulates intestinal contents for better phosphorus absorption
- Regulates calcium and magnesium levels in the blood and bones
For broilers and turkeys:
- Improves the processing of the meat after slaughtering the animals
- Better bone mineralization
- Better bone growth and leg strength thus better growth performance, uniform litters, better welfare of the animals.
For laying hens:
- Strengthening of the egg shell and higher laying percentage in older hens
- Has a positive influence on endurance in case of cage fatigue
Solanum glaucophyllum is now also available for use in organic feed.
