Colostrum bolus plus

This bolus can be used in calves, foals and lambs after birth. The main component of the Colostrum Bolus Plus consists of dried colostrum from the 1st milking after calving. The Colostrum Bolus Plus is a concentrated, easy to administer and always available source of natural immunoglobulins. The colostrum comes from cows with a high sanitary status and the bolus contains a broad spectrum of immunoglobulins. The administration of Colostrum Bolus Plus to the newborn calves therefore provides a source of immunoglobulins to the animal to protect it during the first days of life.

In addition to qualititative colostrum powder, this bolus is enriched with iodine, selenium and vitamin E. The latter substances have an important effect on general health. Recent cattle poller blood tests have shown that there is a shortage of these minerals due to intensive grazing, especially in young animals.
